These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of notary services provided by Notary Direct Pro (Business ID CHE-824.855.780) at Federal Palace of Switzerland, Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland. By accessing our services via notarydirectpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Notary Services

We offer certified notarial acts, document authentication, and related legal services. All services comply with applicable Swiss laws and regulations.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can schedule an appointment via our contact form. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

3. Fees and Payment

Fee schedules are available upon request. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
• An administrative fee of 10% may apply to cover processing costs.
• Refunds are not available for services already performed for third parties or where notarization has been officially recorded.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notary Direct Pro disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bern.
